  1. I enjoyed talking to you Tuesday.  The Proxmire Inn does indeed have the facilities we require for our firm's quarterly planning meeting.

  3. I'd like to confirm that we've agreed to book "the cottage," which includes a large meeting room for our entire department (25 people), as well as two smaller conference rooms for committee meetings (8-10 people each).  The date we agreed on was June 25.

  5. We need the following A/V equipment:

  7.    In the large meeting room:
  8.       An overhead projector and screen
  9.       A VCR and monitor
  10.  
  11.    In each of the smaller rooms:
  12.       An overhead projector and screen
  13.       Two flip charts

  15. The fee for the cottage will be $800, to include the A/V equipment and lunch.  I will be calling June 5 to check on these arrangements.  In the meantime, please send me a written confirmation.
